Middle School Cross Country - Summer Running Club 2017

Summer practice will begin on Monday August 1st.  Practices will be one hour in length – 8am to 9am @ Three Fires Elementary.  Practice dates will be:

Aug 1, 2, 3
Aug 7

Aug 15, 16, 17

PHYSICALS DATED AFER 4-15-2017 ARE REQUIRED FOR SUMMER PRACTICE.

Cost will be $30.00.  A summer running club t-shirt will be included.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE???

Runners entering 6th, 7th, or 8th grade in 2017 may participate in this camp.

We will meet at Brighton Rec Area and run a two mile trail loop on Thursday, August 3.

We may have a 5k fun run on Thursday August17th @ Three Fires.  Family and friends can run with the runners.  The course will be the full high school cross country course.

Please consider trying to encourage new runners to come out and give Cross Country a try.
